MRO Engineer

Due to expansion and the award of new long-term programmes, a global leading engineering group specialising in MRO services to the Aerospace sectors have a new vacancy for an experienced MRO Engineer to join their state-of-the-art facility in Singapore.

The Role

Initiate and develop new repairs on aero-engine components.

Prepare and maintain work instructions for aero-engine component repairs.

Ensure compliance to OEM technical data and regulatory requirements.

New machine and process qualifications.

Process improvements to improve process robustness and process efficiency.

First Article inspection Reports.

Take the lead in providing technical recommendations and technical dispositions to the Production team.

Actively participate and support continuous improvement projects.

The Person

Experienced in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment.

Knowledge of complex repair processes such as Welding, Heat Treatment, Machining, Chemical Cleaning, etc.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Highly motivated professional who can work within a cross-functional team.

Engineering qualification.
