Due to continued growth, a global leading manufacturer of advanced products and services has a new vacancy for a Senior HR Officer. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s strategic objectives, driving employee engagement and delivering comprehensive HR generalist guidance across the business.
The Role
Provide professional & comprehensive advice to employees & managers on a range of general HR matters.
Partner with managers to advise on employee relations, performance management and workforce development.
Develop strong working partnerships with colleagues at all levels in the business.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that enhance employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
Keep abreast of developments in HR best practice and employment legislation.
Work closely with the Human Resources Manager in the development and execution of strategic workforce plans in partnership with business leaders.
Provide effective administration of HR systems.
The Person
Experience in a Human Resources position with good generalist knowledge.
Ideally will have worked in a fast-paced environment (manufacturing, engineering, logistics, distribution, etc).
Professional, trustworthy and discreet handling of confidential material.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
Good understanding of employment law, L&D & recruitment.
Ideally CIPD qualified.
