A sector leading designer and manufacturer of bespoke products to a range of exclusive clients has a new vacancy for a Sales Account Manager. Working with new and existing clients you will ensure customers unique requirements are understood and work closely with the design & manufacturing teams to ensure products meet and exceed expectations and deliver a first-class customer experience.
The Role
Build and develop long-term partnerships with new and existing customers.
Work in partnership with customers taking detailed briefs to ensure expectations are understood.
Provide quotations to customers and negotiate prices.
Work with the production teams to ensure each job is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Manage database and contacting existing clients for repeat business.
Attend trade shows, industry events and customer meetings.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
Develop a thorough understanding of products and solutions offered.
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
The Person
Commercially aware with experience in a customer facing role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service ethos.
Excellent communicator with friendly and positive outlook.
Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
